The Radcliff Police Department is currently accepting applications, as we do year round, for full-time police officers (including, but not limited to, certified/retired officers with salary being commensurate with years of service). The application will remain active for a period of one year.
Starting annual salary of
Recruit – $55,000.00 (Plus Incentive $4,429.00 upon academy graduation)
Lateral – Commensurate with experience
Retired – $65,700.00 (Plus $4,300.00 Incentive)
Requirements:
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Be at least 21 years of age [Upon graduation from the academy]
- Be a high school graduate or equivalent and provide copies of transcripts and diploma.
- Possess a valid Kentucky driver’s license
- No felony convictions
- Possess a clean driving record
- Pass written examination.
- Pass a physical agility test that meets or exceeds the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice (DOCJT)
- Complete an oral interview.
- Pass a background investigation.
- Pass a polygraph examination.
- Pass a medical examination.
