What?
The City of Radcliff Fire Department Citizens Fire Academy (CFA) is a free program designed for people who have a genuine desire to learn about the daily life of firefighters and increase their awareness of fire safety, life safety, and the services provided by the City of Radcliff Fire Department.
How?
The CFA takes participants through a twelve-week, multiple-session program which includes approximately 22 hours of instruction. Sessions are approximately two hours in length and are open to persons 18 years of age or older.
Where?
Sessions are held at Radcliff Fire Headquarters: 604 South Wilson Road, Radcliff, KY 40160.
Why?
We hope to better inform the residents of the City of Radcliff to the purpose and inner workings of the Fire Department and to discover the diverse services it offers to our community. We encourage citizens to relay this knowledge to their friends, family, and neighborhoods to help citizens of our community become more safety-conscious and well-prepared.
When?
Classes begin in February of 2019. More information about registration is coming soon.
